• An opportunity to listen to the explanation of all the 5 shlokas in the Sadhana Panchakam and the 40 instructions to be followed by an atma-sadhaka.
• As per our Shastras, regular practice of the instructions lead to chitta-shuddhi which in turn leads to atmanubhuti or Self-Realisation.
• Confidence to surrender to a Guru and lead the life of an atma-sadhaka which gives the Ultimate Purpose of life to be solved.

What are the pre-requisites to get the best out of this course? (Eligibility)

• This course expects no previous exposure to Sanskrit language.
• Previous shloka chanting experience under a teacher is required since this course is continuous and fast paced.
• Interest to know about and follow steps to Self-Realisation or Atmanubhuti.
